Boarding
Welcome to Jackson Homesteaders family-owned boarding, where you'll meet new friends and experience a sense of camaraderie. Group trail rides for every level are a great way to hang out with like-minded horse people.
We have 140 acres of lush pasture, complete with automatic waterers. In the winter, horses are fed free-choice, quality hay. Mares and geldings are in separated pastures. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate stallion boarding. If you need, we can connect you with a farrier or a vet. Interested in boarding? Please contact us! |
Trails
There are several rides to take from the farm. Ride for 20 minutes or several hours through pastures and treed trails. The nearby trails have creek crossings and bridges. We even have an annual ride down to the river, which takes about three hours. Our Facebook page followers often share when they're taking a ride (and what type -- walk, trot, canter), so you can take a ride with people who are familiar with the trails and who ride at your level. The Blackfoot provincial recreation area is within easy driving distance. Some of our boarders trailer their horses there for weekend trips to take advantage of some different trails.

Barn Our heated barn is made up of three sections: a stall room , a sitting room and a locker room. The sitting room has a vending machine, a kitchen area, a washer and dryer, mailboxes and a sitting area. The stall room has an open area for farrier work and grooming in the winter, as well as two stalls (12 x 14 and 10 x 10) for illnesses, injuries and foaling. There are also blanket storage racks in this room . Please note: we have no stalls available for boarding. |
